Michael Weisberg: Helping Americans One Loan At A Time

April 2, 2014 - PRLog -- From a personal standpoint, Michael Weisberg is most proud of his family’s dedication and strong support of him and feels very fortunate to have them in his life.  From a business standpoint, he is most appreciative that he has been afforded the opportunity to have clients trust him with the largest financial decision of their lives, purchasing a home.  Mr. Weisberg’s colleagues would describe him as an honest, excellent listener who is trustworthy and always delivers on his promises.  His favorite part of his career is being able to see the joy of his clients receiving the glory of home ownership.  Michael Weisberg keeps in contact with his clients, and enjoys seeing families grow in the community throughout his career.
Within the local community, Mr. Weisberg is a board member of the Laurel Foundation, which helps children, adolescents, and adults affected with HIV/AIDS.  He also participates in local community activities through teaching at home buyers’ seminars, city council groups, as well as other networking groups.  Michael Weisberg’s hobbies include spending time with his family, riding his bike, hiking, and playing golf.  The biggest influence in his life is his wife, who always provides him with constructive feedback and helpful advice.
Michael Weisberg has been working in the loan industry for 23 years.  Lend to America opened in 2005.  Our business offers residential lending services, such as for those interested in purchasing a house and also re-financing.  This company is unique because it offers superior service, excellent rates, low fees, and a quick turn around time with being able to close your loan in 2 weeks.
He attended California State University Northridge and received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Speech Communications.  One of his early careers was as a branch manager for Wells Fargo Home Mortgage/Norwest Mortgage, Inc.  There, he generated and funded an average of $1.5MM a month, and transformed a branch with negative profit into a successful branch.  Afterward, he became an assistant vice president/area sales manager with Wells Fargo Home Mortgage where he established and expanded a sales area from one branch into six.  This led to having 85 originators, as well as a staff of over 160 people.
