Pfenning has more than seven years of experience in the title industry, most recently working for a title insurance agency in Ormond Beach, as well as an extensive background as a legal secretary.

“The market has really picked up here in Flagler County and we were in need of more help with closings,” said Sandra McDermott, owner of Coast Title. “We are so excited to have an experienced title industry professional like Deena join our team and help us grow.”

Pfenning, who has lived in Palm Coast for 10 years, is excited to work with the Coast Title team and enjoys the challenge of working in the title insurance industry.
