The book is geared for an Easter Launch on and has been authored by award winning activist, Joey Kirkman along with JD Shapiro, best known as the screenwriter of ‘Robin Hood: Men in Tights’. Joey Kirkman had been awarded the Certificate of Acknowledgement for Leadership from the North Carolina House of Representatives in March of 2013 for activism during the 2012 Amendment One debate. He is a strong advocate of LGBT and human rights, marriage equality and stands for anti-theism. A father of three daughters, Joey Kirkman is the creator of Bully the Bullies Show of which he was also the co-host and executive producer. Joey has also been associated with The History Channel’s “Ten Things I Bet You Didn’t Know” with Henry Rollins and Newton County Protest “This Guy Has NO Teeth” on CNN.
