ELC Law Partner Scott Clifford interviewed on "Radio Entrepreneurs"

Scott Clifford, partner at Epstein, Lipsey & Clifford, P.C. Clifford spoke with host Jeffrey Davis about the various areas of focus for the firm, including real estate law, corporate law, Social Security disability, veteran law and education law.  With regard to real estate law, Clifford noted that while there is still a need for attorney involvement in real estate deals, the reasons behind the involvement have changed.  “First with the real estate bubble, it was hard to get deals done, and there was a spike in litigation,” said Clifford.  “Now that the real estate market appears to be recovering, bidding wars have returned, resulting in an ever greater need to have legal representation.”

In addition, Clifford discussed his firm’s involvement with the Ellie Fund, a philanthropy that tries to ease the effects that breast cancer has on a family by providing child care, transportation, meals, and other everyday necessities.  The firm’s commitment to the Ellie Fund, represented in the “Real Men Wear Pink” team, has raised tens of thousands of dollars over the last few years, through participation in the Sharon triathlon and the now annual “Real Golfers Wear Pink” fundraiser.
