“In Sickness And In Mental Health” Opens Eyes And Gives New Perspective About Mental Illness

SACRAMENTO, Calif. - April 15, 2014 - PRLog -- Author Diane Mintz has announced the release of “In Sickness and in Mental Health – Living with and Loving Someone with Mental Illness” her inspiring story of how she overcame the challenges of bipolar disorder, which equipped her to support her husband’s recovery from schizoaffective disorder.

The Mintz couple are respected in their community as business owners since 2005 and have been together for more than twenty years. “Our story provides the unfamiliar image of the mentally ill living successfully,” says Mintz. “My book dispels common misconceptions and might make people rethink how they view the mentally ill. I hope it will invoke compassion in a culture that simply does not understand.”
