Enova XLT-125 LED Surgical Headlight on Display at Three Medical Meetings in April 2014

SAINT PAUL, Minn. - April 17, 2014 - PRLog -- Enova Illumination’s newest LED headlight, the Enova XLT-125, will be available for viewing at three important medical meetings this month:  The American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery’s “The Aesthetic Meeting 2014” from April 26-28; the American Association For Thoracic Surgery’s Annual Meeting 2014 from April 27-29; and the 35^th Annual Scientific Conference and Exhibition of the American College of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons from April 27-30.

The Enova XLT-125 is the company’s newest headlight and the brightest LED coaxial surgical headlight on the market. It has two extended brackets to provide superior co-axial articulation with or without loupes and an adjustable aperture which allows a surgeon to create a spot size as small as 2” to as large as 6” in diameter. The light itself is 125,000+ lux of pure white homogenous light for true tissue rendition and deep cavity illumination. Unique to the XLT-125 is the ability to customize color temperature and polarization through a series of attachable lenses and filters. It weighs 7 ounces and has a fully adjustable, padded headband making it easy to wear for long periods of time. When used with Enova’s B4X battery pack, the battery life ranges from 8 to 24 hours.

In addition to the XLT-125, meeting attendees may also view the Iris D-200, Enova’s brightest LED surgical headlight with over 200,000 lux illumination. It weighs 7 ounces and is perfectly balanced for overall comfort. Cordless LED surgical headlights are cost and environmentally-efficient and provide surgeons complete mobility in the surgical suite. The Aesthtic Meeting 2014.
