PRLog -- NGOs are working towards the betterment of society, however for this purpose different non profit organizations performs different tasks which provide them satisfaction. This is not easy at all; a regular and continuous supervision is required to make sure that each job is done at its best level. Sometimes, it is because of this supervision that the field workers of NGOs have to travel in the scorching beam of heat, under the thunderstorms, in the valleys which are spread over mountains however; it’s their job satisfaction which make them overlooked these environmental factors.

HOPE Community Center has been constructed in Thatta, Sindh with assistance from the Japanese Embassy Grass Root Assistance (GRA) Program. Thatta – Hospital. The hospital in Thatta provides secondary care facilities to the poor and rural area in Thatta districts. There is no other blood bank in there, except the one in the HOPE Thatta Hospital. HOPE strive to provide the best of medical care in the rural setting of Thatta by providing laboratory technicians, X-Ray technicians as well as some paramedical staff from Karachi. Consultants including gynecologists, surgeons, and child specialist weekly provide consultation visits from Karachi. Annually 52,000 patients are seen, 1781surgeries conducted and 448 neonates treated in NICU. Similarly HOPE Thatta School is providing quality education at low costs to the community children. This school was previously built in HOPE hospital building but In 2010, a new building for the school was opened. The school currently has 500 students and ten teachers. There is a science lab, computer room and library and regular supervisions has made these organizations to reach to an outstanding level.
This supervision is a positive way of building the effectiveness of this organization through staff, which are the greatest asset for HOPE
