Salamanders Sports Grill adds Veggie Burger to Menu

Winter Springs, FL – Locally owned Salamanders Sports Grill announced that it will begin selling their own Veggie Burger as an addition to their line-up of popular angus beef burgers.  The 6oz. burger was developed by Salamanders in a test kitchen over several weeks, using new ingredients, not easily procured in the local area.

This new recipe features a three-color quinoa, and a bean mix not found in any other veggie burger.  The beans are Peruno, Cranberry, Butterscotch Calypso, Chesnut Lima, Garbanzo, and Jacob’s Cattle beans.

In the fall of 2013 Seminole Magazine’s Restaurant Review named Salamanders Sports Grill the #1 restaurant in Winter Springs, and the #3 Best Burger in Seminole County.  Salamanders’ chefs think this new addition will help propel the restaurant to the top of the Burger list this year.
