Furthermore, the key addition of custom field and tab ordering has also been introduced.

Additionally, SaasCase’s Drag and Drop experience has been extended to allow users the ability to drag files across the whole case screen and upload them immediately saving time and improving the customers experience and personal workflow with SaasCase.
