Suarez Appointed to Serve on Immigration Certification Committee

Suarez has been appointed to serve a four-year term on the Florida Bar Immigration & Nationality Certification Committee. As a member of the Committee, Suarez will review applications of attorneys seeking certification; assist in the preparation of exam questions and model answers; grade exams; draft policies and rules; and participate in various projects to enhance awareness of board certification in the practice area or local community.

Suarez is one of a few Florida Bar Board Certified Immigration and Nationality Lawyers in the State. He has over 17 years’ experience representing immigrants, professionals, foreign investors, and businesses. Suarez assists clients with all immigration needs, including foreign investment, foreign labor certification, international adoption, family and employment based immigrant visas, removal (deportation), asylum, citizenship, and hiring of foreign nationals.
