Crowdfunding is a new technique that allows you to raise money online for people, projects and products. Join us as we discuss the whys and hows of crowdfunding. This free seminar will describe what crowdfunding is, who uses it for real estate financing, and how one may be able to crowdfund small businesses. We will describe and discuss specific crowdfunding campaigns and announce a new initiative.

AGENDA

William Michael Cunningham will describe the current environment for crowdfunding, providing specific examples of best practices in the area.
Henry Berger, a 2013 graduate of the Georgetown University Master of Professional Studies in Real Estate Program, will describe his masters thesis on Real Estate Crowdfunding and describe opportunities to use crowdfunding to purchase and develop real estate projects.
Howard Williams will describe our new crowdfunding initiative.
