International Hip-Hop/Pop Artist Tah Mac Featured in Heed Magazine

LOS ANGELES - May 6, 2014 - PRLog -- Hip-Hop/Pop musician/producer/entertainer Tah Mac sat downwith Heed Magazine exclusively to discuss the state of music, taking risks, and his single “Oxygen” featuring Redman.  This Brooklyn native gained international success across the world particularly in the U.K. and Africa, certifying Gold and presenting at the MOBO Awards. Tah Mac discusses how he detached from typical hip hop, citing his inspiration behind working with such popular artists such as Estelle, and David Guetta to create an innovative fusion of sounds which are demonstrated in his current single “Oxygen.” Produced by Arab Jonez Beats, “Oxygen” showcases TahMac’s unique “Hip-Pop” sound.

Tah Mac also discusses how he became inspired to go international, his influences such as A Tribe called Quest, Eric B. & Rakim, Biz Markie and even influences such Marvin Gaye and English rock band Pink Floyd, “So many different sounds were played in my household growing up”, says Tah Mac.

Tah Mac and his U.S. debut of “Oxygen” is scheduled for June 10, 2014.
