UFC Chris Holdsworth and WMMA Fighter J.J. Aldrich on Iconici Radio MMA

Special guest UFC Chris Holdsworth and WMMA fighter J.J. Aldrich will be joining us.


Any fight fan would know UFC's Chris "Holds it Down" Holdsworth from being the season 18 winner of The Ultimate Fighter. Chris is set to step back into the octagon May 24 against Chico Camus at UFC 173 in Las Vegas. He is training out of Team Alpha Male with some of the UFC's top athletes. Holdsworth He was awarded his blue belt from the legendary Royce Gracie, his purple belt by Rener, Ryron and Rorion Gracie, and was awarded his brown and black belt by Marc Laimon. At age 21 he was one of the youngest BJJ black belts in the US. Tune in to hear the hearfelt story on why he got into MMA.

J.J. Aldrich is currently an amature WMMA fighter training out of 303 Training Center in Denver, CO. She is set to face Ashley Greenway on May 31st in Columbia South Carolina for Conflict MMA main event. This will be a tough fight for girls and it will be JJ last ammy fight. She is making the drop to 115. This is a big opportunity for JJ as she is going to fight a already signed Invicta fighter. It's her time to shine and show the world that she needs to be with the elite fighters.
