Customers give East Midlands homebuilder 5 stars for second year running

EAST MIDLANDS, U.K. - May 12, 2014 - PRLog -- The national survey, which is now in its tenth year, and is independently verified, found that there had been a steady improvement in satisfaction levels over the past decade, and that nine out of ten customers are happy with the overall quality of their new home.

The 5 star rating is the highest available, and is awarded to a home builder if 90% or more of their customers are happy to recommend their builder to a friend, and at least 90% must be very or fairly satisfied with the quality of their home.
