XYIENCE Vice President of Operations Susan Curry Receives the 2014 Top Women in Convenience Award

LAS VEGAS - May 19, 2014 - PRLog -- XYIENCE (http://www.xyience.com/) Xenergy, the official energy drink of the UFC^®,  announces that Susan Curry, XYIENCE’s vice president of operations has received the 2014 Top Women in Convenience Award in the senior executive category. Curry, who has been with XYIENCE since the launch Xenergy energy drink in 2006, has led the charge on developing flavors that have earned Xenergy numerous awards including the 2013 BevStar Award, 2013 CSP Retailers Choice Award, Finalist and 2011 Best New Carbonated Beverage of the Year, among others.

Curry is one of eight recipients in her category; the Top Women in Convenience Award recognizes an array of women in the convenience retail industry, including leaders, mentors and role models working for vendors and retailers. Compiled from achievements during the previous 12 months, recipients are selected based on their innovative corporative, financial and strategic accomplishments, astute-problem solving acumen and exceptional performance, among other attributes. CSNews conducted judging in conjunction with NEW (The Network of Executive Women).

Curry, a 30-year Las Vegas resident, works closely with John Lennon, XYIENCE’s president and Michael Levy, CFO and COO on developing the brand’s beverage and supplement lines. She oversees research and development as well as the production of both lines.
