Both Osmans hold their Florida 2-20 insurance license for property and casualty and are graduates of the University of Central Florida (UCF) with degrees in business management.

They are lifelong natives of Melbourne, Florida and were formerly in sales and finance positions for 10 years with their family's auto dealership, Osman Lincoln Mercury Jeep. They were the third generation of Osmans working in the dealership that was founded in 1978 by their grandfather, Vic Osman.
