The Tree of Health Center Holds Inaugural Spiritual Movie Night

NEWTON, N.J. - May 23, 2014 - PRLog -- Join The Tree of Health Center on Saturday, May 31st, from 6:30pm to 9:30pm as they hold an inaugural Spiritual Movie Night. Offered on the fourth Saturday of each month, this will be a night for community members to enjoy an inspirational film with like-minded friends. The Tree of Health Center is offering a safe and welcoming place to share your thoughts, ask questions and get in touch with your spirituality.

For their very first film, they will be screening I Am. I Am is a film by the successful Hollywood director, Tom Shadyac, who has been the creative force behind such films as Ace Ventura, Liar Liar, The Nutty Professor and Bruce Almighty. Taking a dramatic turn from his comedic work, Shadyac brings us this surprisingly inspirational documentary that asks two questions: What is wrong with our world? And What can we do about it? With nothing but a small film crew and his innate curiosity, Shadyac sets out on a quest for enlightenment. He meets with remarkable men and women to discover how individuals, and the entire race, could improve the way we live and interact with the world around us. Ironically, Shadyac states, "We started by asking what's wrong with the world, and ended up discovering what's right with it."

Ellen Degeneres has praised the film as "Amazing" and Academy Award Winning director, Bruce Cohen, says, "Everyone needs to see this film!"

Spiritual Movie Night will be hosted by The Tree of Health Center's Linda Mitchell and Debra M. Hollinrake. Both Linda and Debra are experienced spiritual teachers, devoted to facilitating healing for those in need. They look forward to lively discussion with guidance and support during this eye opening film.
