Clive Thinks Worthy Fools Would Be A Worthy Guest on Letterman, Fallon or SNL

Producers of David Letterman, Jimmy Fallon or Saturday Night Live seeking a phenomenal band to perform on their show will find Worthy Fools to be a worthy contender, says Clive Swersky, Host and Producer of Alive with Clive

EASTCHESTER, N.Y. - May 27, 2014 - PRLog -- In the years since Alive with Clive has been shining the spotlight on today’s top emerging and established singer-songwriters, one featured guest, Michael Lynche, made it to the Top 4 of Season 9 on American Idol in 2010, and others have auditioned for appearances on America's Got Talent and The Voice. To date, though, no one who has been featured on Alive with Clive has gone on to appear on David Letterman, Jimmy Fallon or Saturday Night Live.  Now that the phenomenal talent of Worthy Fools is on display on This Week on Alive with Clive through 10 p.m. Eastern on Wednesday, May 28, however, that state of affairs could change, since Clive Swersky, Host and Producer of Alive with Clive, thinks that Worthy Fools would be a worthy guest on Letterman, Fallon or SNL.

During their appearance on Alive with Clive, Worthy Fools performed three songs, “Pieces of You,” a poignant love song, and two other songs Clive thinks are two of the most inspiring songs ever written, “Goin’ Down Swingin’” and “Daybreak.”

“Whenever I watch Paul Saylor, frontman of Worthy Fools, perform with his band – back-up vocalists, Anna Phyllis Smith on fiddle and Ryan DeNardo on bass – with Ben Goldsmith on electric guitar and Nathaniel A. Jones on percussion, I am mesmerized and awestruck,” says Clive, “since Paul brings a combination of power and passion to his craft when he performs with the band that is truly rare and unique, so I believe strongly that when more people get to experience the band they too will soon become ardent fans just like me.”

Worthy Fools was the top band out 20 in the Saturday night qualifying round of The 6th Ultimate Singer-Songwriter Contest hosted by Pedro and Song Gonzalez at Waltz-Astoria in Astoria, New York, in January, 2014, at which Clive was a judge.

Alive with Clive, known as the TV show where today’s top singer-songwriters thrive, features a singer-songwriter or band every week at http://alivewithclive.tv/this-week-on-alive-with-clive-2.
