Miami's Blanca Commercial Real Estate Expands Team with Senior Vice President Elizabeth Vergara

MIAMI - May 28, 2014 - PRLog -- Miami-based commercial real estate brokerage and advisory firm Blanca Commercial Real Estate (http://www.blancacre.com/) is growing its team of professionals with the addition of Elizabeth Vergara, who will serve as senior vice president. Ms. Vergara brings additional senior-level talent to the firm’s landlord agency leasing practice. She benefits from more than ten years of industry experience, having participated in notable transactions with Humana/CAC, Firestone, Univision, Marriott, Arthur J Gallagher and the General Services Administration (GSA), among others.

Prior to joining Blanca Commercial Real Estate, Ms. Vergara served as Director of Leasing for Adler Realty Services, a division of Adler Group that specializes in property management and brokerage services, where she was responsible for the leasing and marketing of Adler’s South Florida office/flex portfolio.

Beyond her career in commercial real estate, Ms. Vergara is actively involved as a member of CREW-Miami (Commercial Real Estate Women). Having completed an average of more than 100 lease transactions per year, Ms. Vergara received Flagler’s Work Horse Award for 2005, 2006, 2007 and 2008. Ms. Vergara was also recognized as one of CoStar’s “Top 20 Miami Office Leasing Power Brokers” in 2008 and 2010.

Ms. Vergara holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Business Management from Nova Southeastern University. She is fluent in both English and Spanish.
