Yoga and Pilates Open House Event at the Wellness Institute

May 28, 2014 - PRLog -- The Wellness Institute is holding an open house event on Saturday, May 31, that will feature a yoga session and a Pilates session, both of which will be suitable for participants at all experience levels. The instructor for both free sessions will be Nadya Semenova.

Ms. Semenova is a Certified Yoga and Pilates Instructor and has been teaching for five years, specializing in Baptiste Power Yoga and Pilates. She was born in Russia, and at the age of 13 was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis. Her father introduced her to Pilates as a means of handling the pain of the disease, and she has been practicing Pilates and yoga ever since.

The open house will begin at 9 a.m. with a power yoga session, followed by a Pilates session at 11 a.m. Both sessions will be appropriate for all experience levels, and participants must be 13 years of age or older. Those interested are welcome to view Ms. Semenova's introductory video online.
