Lynn Blachman Caron - Fitness Trainer/Fashion Model Steps to the Stage on the GingerNewYork Show

NEW YORK - May 31, 2014 - PRLog -- Lynn Blachman Caron: As a child, Lynn loved the outdoors and was very active in running, cycling, rollerblading and aerobics. Ms. Blachman-Caron was not interested in playing sports during school but was more involved with school clubs, student council and volunteering her time. Lynn knew that the mind and the body must both be exercised in order to be truly healthy. She pursued a career in nursing since she always was interested in maintaining a healthy lifestyle and enjoyed helping others.

In 1998, Lynn Blachman Caron's fitness journey started when she saw her first amateur “Mr. and Ms. Penn” Bodybuilding Contest at the University of Pennsylvania.  It was then she knew it was something she wanted to do. Lynn Blachman Caron admired Corey Everson and Kiana Tom’s body types from doing their exercise videos and workout programs on TV. Lynn Blachman Caron decided to compete in a bodybuilding contest the following year. Lynn competed and took Second Place in the Women’s "Lightweight" Division in bodybuilding and continued competing until 2002. Lynn Blachman Caron participated in various shows along the East coast winning First through Third Place titles in Women's "Lightweight" to “Best Overall Poser” and “Best Mixed Pairs” Divisions. Lynn loved being on stage and performing in front of a large audiences in order to display her efforts and hard work in the gym.

In 2003, Lynn got married and life began to get busy with other pursuits, but she always trained and enjoyed fitness even if it was not on the competitive level. In 2009, it was the ten-year anniversary for the “Mr. and Ms. Penn” Bodybuilding contest, and she and her husband guest-posed at that show by doing a mixed-pairs routine. In preparing for this guest appearance, the fire ignited once again. In order to document her transformation, Lynn did a photo shoot. It was then that she realized how much she loved the camera and what fun it was to document one’s overall training progress. Lynn Blachman Caron entered another show in 2010 and took Second Place in the "Mr. and Ms. Natural Philadelphia" in the Women's "Lightweight" but realized that her passion was showing her body in a more artistic format.

Fitness, fashion, strength and elegance, is what Lynn Blachman Caron is promoting and she wants other women to know that by having the confidence and building a muscular frame, that it in turn, helps a woman’s self–esteem.
