By: Movavi This focus on a single task means that the software is intuitive and easy-to-use. Once a photo has been added, users will find two familiar tools for selecting a specific area: a Brush and a Lasso; these are used for automatic editing. After selecting the area to clean up and hitting the Start Erasing button, users will see the selected area replaced with other elements from the surrounding area through the use of special algorithms. For users wanting to do more precise manual editing, the Clone stamp tool is preferable. By selecting the Diameter and Source distance, you can replace certain parts of your photo with others by cloning or point-by-point replacement. As for performance, it takes Photo Editor just a few seconds to process relatively small selections, so the average editing session will take about 20 seconds including the time spent on opening a file, selecting the area for retouch and erasing it. Movavi Photo Editor supports more than 26 input and output graphic formats: BMP, DPX, EXR, GIF (not animated), JPEG, JPEG 2000, JPEG-LS, PAM, PBM, PCX, PGM, PGMYUV, PIC, PIX, PNG, PPM, PTX, SGI, Sun Rasterfile, TIFF,Truevision Targa, WebP, XBM, XFace, and XWD. Additional editing features will be introduced in future iterations of the software; a Mac version will be available shortly.
