Granada Capital announce Jonathan Mead to Board of Directors at Granada Capital

EASTERN, Hong Kong - June 11, 2014 - PRLog -- Mr. Mead’s appointment is effective from July 7, 2014.  Mr. Mead’s appointment expands the Board to 8 directors, 4 of whom are independent directors.  Mr. Mead will be a member of each of the firm’s Audit, Risk, Corporate and Nominating committees.

Jonathan Mead is a graduate of the University of Leeds and is qualified as a Chartered Accountant.  From 1994 to 2001, Mr. Mead was Group Chief Executive of a major insurance firm in London. He held various positions.  He then joined Granada Capital in 2004 as a member of the Audit and Risk Division and he subsequently became Director of Risk Assessment at Granada Capital.
