BREAKING NEWS: Educators For Aquaponics Initiative Launches On The 20th Of June

June 12, 2014 - PRLog -- You may already know the ASC Magazine as one of the world's biggest and most impressive publications for Aquaponics enthusiasts. Now, Victoria Kelley is joining forces with educators all across the world to launch her latest magazine:

“Aquaponics And Farming For Kids”

The model for the magazine is focused on helping kids to learn about Aquaponics,  green growing, community involvement, scholastic achievement and how becoming an Aquaponics grower can benefit their town, city and state.

"Aquaponics For Kids" magazine will also encourage involvement from educators, parents and  teach kids and adults how to benefit themselves as well as give self esteem and draw their whole family and friends into the discipline.

Why Aquaponics For Kids and what are the benefits to educators? How does all of this work?  Back in November, 2013, the ASC Magazine ran a feature article on the Monzo school in Arazona. (see download below). The results of the program were very impressive. With a small budget, the school was able to turn around failing students and encourage learning on multiple levels, from the sciences to social skills.

Students involved were also given in daily tasks that reinforce math skills, critical thinking and learning how to grow foods that were later sold at local markets. The children participated in every aspect of Aquaponics, from the inception of the system to the final sales of produce.

"These kids have some real practical hands on experience that rival some Aquaponics farmers." Said Victoria Kelley. "The children loved Aquaponics and sustainable growing and all contributed to the success of the healthy fish and foods. It was beautiful to see. I was so impressed with all of this I knew it should be replicated everywhere."

The kids magazine is scheduled for it's first publication on the 20th of June.

"What Educators For Aquaponics is seeking to do is fuel the same success with Aquaponics as in the Monzo schools. There is no reason this model can not be reproduced in every school in America and even worldwide" Said Victoria Kelley Editor and CEO of the ASC Magazine.

Educators For Aquaponics is a worldwide initiative that will create thousands of new Aquaponics enthusiasts. We are looking for possible investment partners who will help us reach into schools across the nation and world.

Funds will go to help the magazine go into print and be available to schools everywhere. This will include a plan to teach and prepare the schools for the program and benefit businesses involved.
