Marquee Health Strengthens Management Team with Two New Additions

SKOKIE, Ill. - June 19, 2014 - PRLog -- Marquee Health, a leading provider of outcomes- driven wellness and health management programs, is pleased to announce two new additions to their management team: Laura Rodriguez, Director of Health Education; and Katie Nyby, Director of Client Services.

Their experience and insights will enhance Marquee Health’s capacity to deliver an innovative suite of health and wellness programs.”

Laura Rodriguez will oversee the Marquee Health coaching team and will be responsible for the shaping the overall participant experience. Laura has 15 years’ experience in the health and wellness industry. In her previous role as a supervisor of health educators, coaching engagement increased by 250% and health coaching retention boasted a 75% increase in a five year span. Laura holds a Master of Public Health (MPH) degree with an emphasis in Health Promotion, and a Bachelor of Science in Health Science with an emphasis Community Health. Laura is a Certified Perinatal Health Worker and a ‘Freedom from Smoking®’ Facilitator. She is also a trained health coach.

Katie Nyby will lead the day-to-day operations for Marquee Health at a client-facing level.  Prior to joining Marquee Health, Katie was a consultant for the wellness division of a large third-party administrator.  Under her guidance, the division achieved a 95% client retention rate in a four-year span.  She will be responsible for the implementation and delivery of product initiatives, including biometric screenings, educational workshops and technology-driven interactions.  Katie holds a Master of Kinesiology degree with an emphasis in Health Promotion, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Instructional Technology.  She is also a certified Advanced Health and Fitness Specialist and Personal Trainer, as well as a 'Freedom from Smoking®' Facilitator and a trained health coach.
