Bodycentral Physical Therapy & Ultimate Sports Asylum Celebrates Grand Opening In Tucson, AZ

TUCSON, Ariz. - June 23, 2014 - PRLog -- Bodycentral Physical Therapy celebrated the opening of its third Tucson location on Saturday, June 21st at the Ajo Way Ultimate Sports Asylum location. Patients, referral sources and members of the community celebrated at the well-attended open house. The highlight of the event was a ribbon cutting ceremony led by the Tucson Metro Chamber of Commerce and Ward V Council Member Richard Fimbres. The co-founders of  Bodycentral Physical Therapy, Dr. Jennifer Allen and Dr. Tonya Bunner were present to perform the ribbon cutting.

Dr. Jennifer Allen reported, "This is the largest and most versatile Sports Physical Therapy facility in all of Tucson, and something I have dreamed about since beginning my career back in the early 1990's. With the large indoor turf area, and professional sports equipment, I am in Heaven!"

Dr. Tonya Bunner added, "It's not only about the amazing facility, it is about the quality of staff we are bringing here. We will have four out of the fourteen Board Certified Sports Clinical Specialists in the entire state of Arizona here at Bodycentral Physical Therapy.This staff is highly educated and skilled."

Services at the Ultimate Sports Asylum will include injury and post-surgical treatment, sports injury prevention, nutritional counseling, and Sports Performance Enhancement. .Other programming includes return to throwing programs, softball and baseball pitching programs, as well as specialized programs for runners, FireFighters, and the Military. Community lectures will be ongoing at the facility throughout the year.
