New Customer Service Supervisor for Bournecoast

Marie Coles has joined Bournecoast as the new Customer Service Supervisor and Maintenance Supervisor and brings with her exceptional knowledge of Business Management with her 2:1 degree in the subject.

Marie has worked in the property arena for many years, most latterly for a well known locally based national property company.

She also has first-hand experience as she is actively involved in the Management of her own block of flats as company secretary.

Her responsibilities at Bournecoast include overseeing all landlord and tenant enquiries relating to the managed portfolios, then prioritising and responding to maintenance and customer service issues on a daily basis.

When not visiting the theatre or reading, Marie is a keen supporter of AFC Bournemouth.
