Pooka Pure And Simple Opens Newark Location With Grand Opening Celebration Weekend

June 24, 2014 - PRLog -- – New Jersey based natural bath and body product line, Pooka Pure and Simple will host a grand opening celebration weekend, June 26 – June 28, 2014 for their new Newark boutique, located at 87 Halsey Street. For over 13 years, Pooka has coupled unique ingredients and innovative approaches to skin care to produce handmade hair products, body butters and whipped creams.

“We are excited to open our new Pooka boutique in the City of Newark,” says Pooka Pure and Simple founder Dawn Fitch. “There is so much development and so many new initiatives going on in the City; especially for the business owners on Halsey Street. Fitch founded Pooka Pure and Simple after becoming ill and noticing the effects that un-natural products can have on the body. In hopes of curbing her illness, Fitch started making natural products for her personal usage, and Pooka Pure and Simple was created. Since its inception in 2000, the linehas matured substantially with products carried in over 40 Whole Food supermarkets and features on The Today Show, The New York Times, CBS evening News, Essence Magazine and Black Enterprise Magazine. The new Newark boutique will be the second location to Pooka Pure and Simple, with additional locations in the near future.
