In all cases this should not result in delay in migration. PST FlightDeck 3.2 includes functionality for administrators to define how to handle PST files of such users.

Help Desk Interface: PST FlightDeck is designed to minimize user support requirements during the migration process. Where additional help is required PST FlightDeck 3.2 provides a web-based help desk portal allowing support personnel to see exactly what is happening, respond quickly and resolve issues in a timely manner.
