Jury Verdict - Current Sensocon® Series S2000 Does Not Infringe on Dwyer® Magnehelic®

LAKELAND, Fla. - June 27, 2014 - PRLog -- Sensocon, Inc., a leader in digital differential pressure, air velocity, and flow measuring products, today announced that a final verdict was entered in a trademark infringement case brought by Dwyer Instruments, Inc. against Sensocon in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Indiana.  The jury rendered a verdict that the current version of the popular Sensocon® Series S2000 Differential Pressure Gauge does not infringe on any trademark rights of the Dwyer® Magnehelic® Differential Pressure Gauge.  As a result, Sensocon will continue to offer the market a competitive option for differential pressure gauges.
