Norwegian practitioners - experts on changing lives!

July 1, 2014 - PRLog -- While attending the BCLA Clinical Conference & Exhibition, optometrists from Norway received advanced training on fitting UltraVision’s KeraSoft IC lenses, a soft lens designed to fit all irregular corneas.

The practitioners, who already fit KeraSoft IC lenses, received advanced training on how to further improve patient care and help decrease chair time. Josie Barlow, SMC(Tech)FBDO CL, Clinical & Customer Services Manager at UltraVision CLPL, hosted the training session in Hyatt Regency hotel, Birmingham and commented, “with increased comfort and great visual acuity, KeraSoft IC certainly makes a significant difference in many patients' lives.  To achieve the optimal fit and vision for patients wearing KeraSoft IC, the unique fitting properties must be followed.  Also, fitting soft lenses to these types of eyes is a relatively new skill and with the correct training optometrists can fit KeraSoft IC lenses on more patients, enabling them to change lives on a daily basis.”
