Follow on Google News | The Howard University Alumni Association Hosts Fundraiser to Benefit Students at Historic Yacht ClubHUAA will host a Summer Soirée on Saturday, July 19, 2014 at the historic Seafarer’s Yacht Club in Annapolis, Maryland as a part of the organization’s 50th Anniversary celebration, while raising money for students.
"As a continuing celebration of the HUAA 50th Anniversary, we are excited about the Summer Soiree Fundraiser on the shores of Annapolis. This is just another way for alumni, friends, and supporters of HUAA to get together for fun and fundraising to benefit Howard University,” Howard University alumni and friends who are unable to participate in the Summer Soiree may still show their support by making a financial contribution to HUAA. WHAT: Summer Soirée Fundraiser A fundraising event to support students and benefit Howard University, highlight include a barbecue, disc jockey, yacht tour, and pool party for alumni, family, and friends.
