Bilzin Sumberg's David Massey Appointed to Miami Beach Community Health Center Board of Directors

MIAMI - July 3, 2014 - PRLog -- Bilzin Sumberg Baena Price & Axelrod LLP is pleased to announce that Litigation Associate David Massey was elected to the Miami Beach Community Health Center (MBCHC) Board of Directors.  MBCHC, a Federally Qualified Health Center, is a fully integrated medical institution providing quality primary care and outpatient services to over 20,000 patients annually.  MBCHC has three medical facilities and a behavioral health center in Miami Beach and North Miami with board certified specialists in family medicine, pediatrics, obstetrics and gynecology, internal medicine, geriatrics and dental.

David concentrates his practice on complex business and commercial litigation.  David handles disputes in federal and state courts across the country involving business and consumer torts, unfair competition, intellectual property and breach of contract and fiduciary duty claims.

Prior to entering private practice, David served as a law clerk to Judge K. Michael Moore of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida, and was an infantry Sergeant in the United States Marine Corps.
