Civil Rights Activist Brother Shot in the Head

ORLANDO, Fla. - July 3, 2014 - PRLog -- Brother of Rev. Stovello Stovall was shot in the head in Orlando, Florida on Tuesday, July 1, 2014. Stovall is the current pastor of God is Able Outreach, Chairman of Orlando, Florida Southern Christian Leadership Conference (SCLC) and Chairman of Operation People for Peace Orlando Chapter. As a civil rights activist, he has a code name as the Undertaker. Recently, he turned a criminal into the Orlando Police department who was responsible for the death of two people in a hit and run. Now the Undertaker’s own brother, William Stovall has been shot in the head after opening his front door. This shooting occurred in the same community where Rev. Stovall has worked and prayed diligently for peace in order to combat the murders and crime.

Rev. Stovall stated that God has allowed him to serve and do his will in the community by feeding those who are hungry, fighting for the rights of all people, and believing in and praying for the Church Community and beyond (Murder City) while acknowledging that God is on the throne. Yet, with all the work and prayers he has for the community, Stovall recognizes that his family has not been exempt from tragedy.

Stovall continues “I forgive the hand of the man that shot my Brother in the Head.  Lincoln, King, Gandhi and many others have had to deal with tragedy all while fighting for the cause and maintaining the crusade of serving. Orlando, Florida and beyond must have Grace, Mercy, and Forgiveness.  I pray that others come to help me in this area by serving and praying for all.”
