By: Mill Town Music Hall The four country music stars will perform individually and collectively, as they share the stories behind the hits they wrote: · Deana Carter broke through in 1996 with the release of her debut album, Did I Shave My Legs for This?, which sold more than five million copies. Since then, Carter's albums have accounted for 14 hit singles, including three which reached Number One on the Billboard country charts: Strawberry Wine, We Danced Anyway and How Do I Get There. In 2013, she released her latest album Southern Way of Life. · Billy Dean first gained national attention after appearing on the television talent competitionStar Search. Active as a recording artist since 1990, he has recorded a total of eight studio albums (of which the first three have been certified gold by the RIAA) and a greatest hits package which is also certified gold. His studio albums have accounted for more than twenty hit singles on the Billboard Country charts, including eleven Top Ten hits. Hits include Only Here for a Little While, Somewhere in my Broken Heart, You Don’t Count the Cost, and more. · Teddy Gentry is a founding member of the multi-GRAMMY Award winning group Alabama and a member of the Country Music Hall of Fame. Alabama has 21 gold, platinum and multi-platinum albums, 43 No. 1 singles and more than 75 million records sold. In addition to writing some of Alabama’s No. #1 hit songs, Teddy has had hits with artists such as George Strait and Jamey Johnson, and produced other artists such as Collin Raye, Bryan White, The Oak Ridge Boys, Charlie Daniels, and Ricky Skaggs. Hit songs co-written and performed by Gentry include How Do I Fall in Love, Why Lady Why, Fallin Again, amongst many others. Gentry also wrote and produced #1 hits for other groups such as Emerson Drive’s Moments. · Bryan White has charted seventeen singles on the Billboard country charts, of which six reached number 1: Someone Else's Star, Rebecca Lynn, I'm Not Supposed To Love You Anymore, From This Moment On (with Shania Twain), So Much for Pretending and Sittin' on Go.
