Watson Realty Corp. Palm Coast Office Celebrates $7.02M Commercial Sale

PALM COAST, Fla. - July 8, 2014 - PRLog -- Tom Tallaksen, Realtor, Watson Realty Corp. Palm Coast office, just closed on the office’s largest transaction of the year.

The Watchtower Bible and Tract Society of New York purchased the former Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) training facility June 27, for $7.02 million. The 2014 appraised value of the property was $8,831,305, according to the Flagler Property Appraiser’s Office.

The property is located at 4500 Palm Coast Parkway SE., Palm Coast, FL 32137. Watchtower plans to use the site as a training facility much like the FAA. There are no major renovations planned.

“Embry Riddle has been a good steward of the property,” Tallaksen noted. “Everything has been maintained at a high level.”

This sale was the largest for both Tallaksen and the Palm Coast office. Tallaksen works as a team with his wife Rosemarie. The couple usually focuses on residential real estate, but this is not Tallaksen’s first commercial transaction. Tallaksen plans to put his focus on commercial sales going forward.
