NEW YORK - July 9, 2014 - PRLog -- Bill O’Neal has been married for 50 years and has two sons currently enlisted in the U.S. Military. His eldest son is one of seven global major commanders and has served in the military for over 22 years. He has completed 9 combat tours in the last ten years; while his other child works as a captain for the military police.  Bill is a veteran himself, having served in the U.S. Navy during his young adulthood.  O’Neal still suffers from a devastating loss of $50,000 from his retirement accounts in HAWK Systems, Inc. where he worked incredibly hard to not only provide for his family but to leave something behind for his children.  He farms hay and hardwood in Georgia.

HAWK Systems, Inc. founder David Coriaty falsely presented himself as a former NFL player for the Miami Dolphins and was introduced to Bill by a close friend, whom also suffered financial losses; “everybody lost,” explains O’Neal .  David Coriaty passed himself off as a sports agent for NFL players and made guarantees of 10 dollars for every 1 dollar invested, requesting a minimum investment of $20K.  The NFL later issued a fraud alert on HAWK Systems, Inc., David Coriaty, and Anthony DeResi for questionable business practices and the financial manipulation of current and retired NFL players. http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2010/05/20/nfl-issues-fraud-alert/

O’Neal states, “David Coriaty represented HAWK Systems, Inc. as state of the art technology that already had a firm foundation working with several well-known companies and even the U.S. Military.  It was one lie after another.  Once he got the money from my IRA, savings I had worked all my life for he just disappeared.  He would not answer phone calls or emails or anything.  I know I am not the only victim out there; they targeted elderly, military and friends of investors.  It boggles my mind how they have gotten away with this and still continue to do.”

Bill is just one of the victims of HAWK Systems, Inc.  HAWK Systems, Inc. and according to whistleblower Mark Spanakos “its executives are currently facing civil charges of fraud, embezzlement, negligence and money laundering.”  Reuter’s now lists the company stock is worth less than a tenth of a cent, yet continues to trade on Wall Street.

Bill is a true patriot who has served his country and worked hard to earn an honest living, only to have it later stolen from him. Sadly, he is not alone.
