The event will kick off at 8:30 a.m. at Bartels’ Harley Davidson in Marina Del Rey, Calif. with registration, light Continental breakfast, Jack FM Radio, and lots of giveaways. At 10 a.m. grand marshal Perry King, together with a host of celebrity riders and law enforcement officers, will escort the participants along the stunning Pacific Coast Highway to the rustic and historic Paramount Ranch in Agoura Hills, Calif. At the Paramount Ranch, participants will enjoy a BBQ lunch and craft beer, a concert by The Walking Phoenixes, a Johnny Cash tribute band, vendors, line dancers, a live auction including an African Safari for two, and opportunity drawings with prizes valued at thousands of dollars. Riders can also enter their motorcycles in a celebrity-judged “Ride-In Bike Show” for a chance to win a trophy in various categories. Sponsored by the Law Offices of Worthington & Caron, PC, all proceeds will benefit important stem cell research to find better treatments for mesothelioma, and improve the quantity and quality of life of those suffering with this devastating disease. “The Greatest Escape is a beautiful and unique way to bring everyone together, have a wonderful time, and make a difference,” Participation fees are $40 for riders and passengers each, and include a ride pin, bandana, BBQ lunch, a neck cooler, entertainment and parking. Non motorcycle riders are encouraged to join in the fun at the Paramount Ranch and tickets are $25 for lunch, entertainment and parking.
