CFL Mortgage Leads the Country as Highest Funding Branch

GREENSBORO, N.C. - July 11, 2014 - PRLog -- CFL Mortgage has a nationwide achievement to celebrate.  They earned the honor of ‘highest funding branch’ for July from Sierra Pacific Mortgage Company, Inc., which is headquartered in Folsom, CA.  Sierra Pacific was established in 1986 and since then has grown to 11 fulfillment centers, and is licensed in 47 states.  The nationwide honor is especially significant for CFL Mortgage considering the average home purchase price in Greensboro, NC (which is $176,031) is much lower than many of Sierra Pacific’s other branches who operate in areas with much higher home values such as the North East and West Coast.  The funding numbers for CFL Mortgage are based on production totals for the month of June.  Branch Manager, Michael Brosmith, credits direct focus and an exceptional team for the success.
