Business Observations Announces Innovative Summer Internship Program for College Students

July 15, 2014 - PRLog -- Business Observations has completed its first official internship program with ASU Polytechnic.  The program is uniquely designed to provide insight into specific departmental positions, training about market and industry trends as well as Business Observations as a whole. Interns will be exposed to many projects within each department with a focus on data management.

“One of the goals of the program is to give students the full Business Observations experience. We understand the importance of giving back to the community we call home,” said Rita Shuga, Vice President and Principle. “One way of giving back is through the “hands on experience” volunteer time we offer to our interns”.

During the interns’ time they will gain insight into the skills needed for specific positions and will also be exposed to the ins and outs of mystery shopping, and the data collected and reported to our clients.  Interns will be able to receive academic credit for their work if they so choose depending on their college’s requirements for such credit.

Glen Fort, a student from ASU Polytechnic, was the first intern to complete the summer program. He states; “It was a fantastic experience!  I would advise every student to do an Internship. It is such a wonderful and valuable program with Business Observations.  It will definitely help me in deciding a career choice.”
