GN Solids Control 1000hp Rig Mud System to RG Petroleum

July 17, 2014 - PRLog -- GN Solids Control shall finish the last 1000hp rig mud system for RG Petroleum this month. Only this year, they have bought 3 sets 100hp Rig mud system and 1 set liquid mud plant from us. The end user is China Oilfield Services Limited(COSL).

COSL is famous offshore rig drilling contractor. They have rich experience and professional personnel for the shallow water drilling rig operation, deep water jack-up rig operation. COSL & RG have strong cooperation relationship; RG & GN have strong cooperation relationship. GN offer the mud system to RG. RG offer GN mud system & RG drilling rig to COSL as package.

The 1000hp rig mud cleaning and recycling system

The Mud Cleaning and recycling system include 4 phase drilling mud solids control and 5 phase drilling mud solids separation.

Shale shaker with separation point above 100 microns, as first phase separation.

Vacuum degasser, remove the gas cut mud

Mud cleaner with separation point about 15 to 70 microns. This is combination of mud desander and mud desilter; as second and third phase separation.

Decanter Centrifuge with separation point about 7 to 15 microns. This is to recovery barite, as fourth phase separation.

Liquid Mud Plant

GN Solids Control also offer 1 set liquid mud plant to RG petroleum at the beginning of this year.  The LMP is equipped with below parts.

17X Mud Tanks, oilfield skid. The overall dimension is same as 40feet General container.

1X Mud Decanter Centrifuge with compact skid together with mud hopper, shear pump & centrifugal pump.

51X Mud Agitator, 15kw
