Dawn Nylander Joins Guardian Transfer in Bucks County, Pennsylvania

Nylander started in the mortgage business in 1996 as a loan officer in the Pocono region of Pennsylvania.  Prior to entering the Real Estate field she was in advertising sales for eight years.  In 1998 Nylander transitioned in the Title industry by opening a Philadelphia office for a regional firm.  From 2000 to 2014 she    co-managed County Line Abstract, Inc. and in the process created successful and long-standing business relationships around the Philadelphia metro area.
