Atlanta Expansion of Minimally Invasive Sinus Surgery Suite

ATLANTA - July 24, 2014 - PRLog -- Advanced Ear Nose and Throat Associates completed it's expansion of clinical space at the Northside Hospital Atlanta campus.  The new medical space was built to keep pace with growing Balloon Sinuplasty for the treatment of chronic sinus infections, and in part to expand their hearing loss and severe tinnitus office space.

Balloon sinuplasty has been performed by Dr. Aaron Rogers since 2007 and has been available to our patients without the expense or risk of the operating room since 2010.  Balloon sinuplasty has been studied extensively and rigorously at numerous academic medical centers and has results comparitive to or perhaps better than Functional Endoscopic Sinus Surgery for a number of patients.  Chronic sinus infections causing drainage, nasal obstruction, postnasal drip, fatigue, headaches and facial pressure are now treated daily using low-risk balloon sinuplasty technique.  The practice has now treated hundreds of sinuses without complication, without the need for narcotic pain medication, and without risks of general anesthesia.

The new spacious office space with high definition imaging allows for more precise diagnosis and control of balloon sinuplasty instrumentation.
