The services are provided at the convenience of customer’s busy schedule, reviewing your child’s medical history and to get the physical completed in the fraction of the time to determine whether the children are ready to attend school or participate in sports as required by many organizations. School physicals require child’s completed immunization cards which contain information related to illnesses, medications, past injuries and surgeries.
