Riboflavin is more for creating red blood cells and keeping the health of those cells in good shape.

Vitamin B6 helps your body metabolize food better and increase the production of energy and protein in red blood cells. As an athlete, if you do not have the proper levels of this in your body, it can hurt your performance significantly. And let’s be real, as an athlete, that isn’t any fun.

This brings us to the last vitamins we are taking a look at, Biotin. Biotin is awesome for increasing energy production in the body. Without Biotin, basically your body becomes like a car without gas, it’s not going anywhere.
