Progress at Six Bends™ Continues, Events Booked

FORT MYERS, Fla. - Aug. 6, 2014 - PRLog -- Six Bends™, the latest development by Scott Fischer Enterprises (SFE), is set to open in October. The 16.5-acre project is located near Interstate 75 and Daniels Parkway in Fort Myers.

Phase one of the property will include a 54,000 square foot Harley-Davidson® retail location, with an on-site two-acre Riding Academy® and test ride track, as well as its own entertainment venue Top Rocker Field, which will be able to hold up to 5,000 people. Visitors will also have a 20,000 square foot gathering space called The Plaza and separate fire pit area dubbed “The Pit”, where they can relax or meet friends.

Big or small, Six Bends™ has event space for virtually every need. Both the Plaza and Top Rocker will be available for rent, as well as meeting space on the second floor of the store. A complete catering kitchen will also be available for rental use. Some events already booked for the next year include the Southwest Florida Community Foundation Evening of Gratitude on November 12th, the 2014 Southwest Florida Bikers for Babies event November 14th to 16th, and the Cattle Baron’s Ball in January 2015. Phase two of Six Bends™ is expected to open in the summer of 2015 and will include 35,000 square feet of mixed-use commercial space in two additional onsite buildings.
