New Company Specializes in the Gift Of Life

Founded by Megan Ellsworth and Annie Wood, their goal is to provide the utmost care and consideration for both intended parents and surrogates alike.

“Being a surrogate is one of the most amazing and heartwarming experiences I have ever been a part of,” Ellsworth said. “We are so excited to continue to do what we’re passionate about.”

Ellsworth, who has four daughters, has been involved in the world of surrogacy for just under five years. She has previously been a surrogate and is thrilled to have the opportunity to help others grow their families. She is personally involved in the selection and interview process of all the surrogates at Small Miracles Surrogacy to ensure that every carrier is prepared for the journey to come.

Wood, who is new to world of surrogacy, is personally involved in all business aspects at Small Miracles Surrogacy. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Davenport University in Michigan and a Master's degree in Administration from Central Michigan University. Wood and her husband have two children; a daughter and a son.

“We wanted to create an agency that exhibited what surrogacy is all about—and that is family,” Wood said. “Taking our business knowledge and pairing it with that caring environment; that’s what this industry needs.”

Small Miracles Surrogacy is currently searching for women who want to give the ultimate gift; a child. All surrogates are pre-screened via an application and interview process. They are also background checked and undergo a psychological evaluation prior to transfer.
