Porsche of Hilton Head Launches Dealership Renovation Project

Aug. 14, 2014 - PRLog -- In order to better serve their customers, Porsche of Hilton Head, the premier Savannah area Porsche dealer, has begun renovating their dealership facility in the New River Auto Mall. The remodeling will be based upon the most current Porsche North America showroom blueprint, which features a more open design that allows more vehicles to be displayed and provides an overall improved customer experience. Construction is expected to be completed by late October or early November.

“We look forward to being able to enhance both our sales and service customers’ visits greatly upon completing our transformation,” said Steven Sconzo, General Manager of Porsche of Hilton Head.

As the renovation work commences, both the sales and service departments will continue to operate from a mobile office adjoining the dealership.

“Our customers will continue to receive top-notch service from our Porsche team throughout the construction,” said Sconzo. “It will be business as usual at the dealership.”

In addition to redesigning the showroom, all public spaces, car browsing areas, and service waiting areas will be remodeled and will feature new furnishings imported from Germany. The waiting lounge will also feature gourmet coffee and snacks, wireless access, and a new flat screen TV.

The modern, up-to-date facility will provide coastal Georgia and Lowcountry drivers with a unique dealership experience, one that is designed to be a reflection of the Porsche brand itself.

One intriguing new feature will be an expanded “fitting room” where a wide assortment of custom accessories will be available. Everything from leather facings and stitching, to carbon fiber body parts will be on display, and customers will have the opportunity to choose the genuine Porsche custom accessories they want to personalize their vehicles.

“Our customers will be able to see, touch, and feel the items that will go into their cars, truly allowing them to build the car of their desires, designed by themselves,” said Sconzo.
