Casting and Voice Director Andrea Romano Announced as Keynote Speaker for VO Atlanta 2015

ATLANTA - Aug. 15, 2014 - PRLog -- Things are looking up for VO Atlanta 2015 as they have announced their keynote speaker for the 2015 conference as voiceover industry veteran, Andrea Romano.

Andrea Romano began her career as a casting director in 1984 for Hanna-Barbera Productions. Her love of animation, personal dedication and commitment to creating quality entertainment has earned her eight Daytime Emmy Awards for Best Animated Series Director, a Peabody Award and a Lifetime Achievement Award from State University of NY. Romano’s talent for casting and directing top talent has built a reputation that makes her a fan favorite at animation and comic conventions around the world. Working with almost every major studio and animation house, she is responsible for casting and directing the voices for countless television series, feature films and interactive games.

Her previous projects include Cartoon Network series “Beware the Batman” “Batman: the Brave and the Bold” and DTV titles Batman: Arkham”, “Batman and Son”, Justice League: Throne of Atlantis”, “Crisis on 2 Earths”, “Public Enemies”, “Wonder Woman”, “Green Lantern: Emerald Knights”, “Batman: Gotham Knight”, “Superman: Doomsday” and “The New Frontier”, as well as several “Scooby Doo” DTV projects.
