Philly Business Lawyer Launches "Right Start' Program

PHILADELPHIA - Aug. 16, 2014 - PRLog -- Philadelphia Small Business Lawyer Sarah E. Holmes recently launched a revolutionary program for small business owners.  It's called "Right Start" and it intends to get all small businesses in Philadelphia and South Jersey off to a great start.

Attorney Holmes found that many business owners tended to skimp on critical legal work at the beginning of their business in order to save money.  Worse yet, some business owners turned to the internet and downloaded random forms to use when they needed a contract.  "I started to see a pattern that because money was tight for these starts ups, clients were just downloading documents from friends or the internet and using them for their business.  I started to see a lot of garbage, people wouldn't even make sure a contract was from the correct state.  Eventually, they got to a point where a client would question them as to what things meant and then the business owner finally realized they really needed a lawyer to draw up these contracts," explained Holmes.

As a business owner herself, Holmes was sensitive to cash flow issues that business owners just starting out can face.  Using her Right Start program, start up business owners can get all of the legal help they need in the first 90 days of their business.  Clients can choose from an array of services, including incorporation, contracts, trademark registration or assistance with a commercial lease for a discounted flat fee.  Holmes also offers a weekly, 30 minute  phone call to address any ongoing issues to make sure clients are off to a smooth start.

Holmes has already nearly filled the first three months of the program and only accepts a limited number of clients each month due to the time committed to each client.
